**We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive based in Jakarta who can drive forward our financial services as a critical part of Mentari Mulia's overall business. This person will develop a variety of campaigns, manage to budget, plan and execute ads that are aligned with company campaign objectives and seize the full potential of digital marketing.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition across SEM, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.**:

- **Work closely with digital marketing teams to develop marketing plans and KPIs, as well as ongoing reporting**:

- **Manage budget spend, including daily optimization and providing real-time targeting recommendations**:

- **Create A/B testing frameworks and implementation to ensure consistent growth**:

- **Manage Analytics and performance report sharing with other divisions, advising them on optimization potential**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business or any related fields**:

- **1-2 years (digital) marketing/finance marketing experience, either working with financial platforms or a marketing role in a media agency,**:

- **Experience in Facebook, Google Ads, and Tiktok Ads,**:

- **Experienced in media planning, setting and managing budgets, optimizing ad performance,**:

- **Experience in tracking (Google Analytics, Google tag manager, UTM, Campaign Manager),**:

- **Strong understanding of major advertising success metrics,**:

- **Strong analytical skills with excellent sense of data and numbers,**:

- **Digital Marketing Certification on Facebook and Google Ads, Marketing Solutions background are a plus**
