Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Kelapa Gading. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and managing marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the sales team, creating promotional materials, and analyzing market trends. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to ensure brand consistency and achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and implement annual customer acquisition plans to increase showroom traffic and sales leads.
  2. Plan localized marketing events (e.g., test drive events, group buying activities, holiday promotions) to attract target customers.
  3. Coordinate online acquisition channels — advertising, short videos, community growth, and private domain operations — to optimize conversions.
  4. Collaborate with OEM partners to secure joint promotions, marketing materials, and subsidy policies.
  5. Analyze marketing performance, including data on customer acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI, to refine strategies.
  6. Lead and develop the marketing team to improve execution efficiency and creativity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    10 years of experience
    in automotive dealership or regional market management.
  • Proven track record in managing successful customer acquisition campaigns and online advertising tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills, with the ability to integrate OEM and external resources effectively.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
    (both spoken and written).
  • Able to work full-time on-site.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
