Recruitment for Australian Study Abroad Specialists (Study Abroad Counseling and Marketing)

PSI, an Australian study abroad agency, is opening a new liaison office in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are looking for professionals with a deep understanding of and passion for studying in Australia, so please apply.

  1. Job Description

Recruitment Division and Responsibilities


• Recruitment Division: Study Abroad Counseling Manager (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:


• Study Abroad Counseling: Provides one-on-one 1:1 counseling and consultations to students and parents interested in studying in Australia


• Customer Service: Assists with and manages the entire study abroad process, from counseling to admission and visa applications


• Marketing/Sales: Participates in study abroad fairs, plans and implements online and offline marketing activities

Required Qualifications and Preferences

Required Qualifications:


• Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher


• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in study abroad counseling or an education-related field


• Languages: Fluent in English and Indonesian (required to interact with Australian school officials and local clients)


• Skills: Expert knowledge of the Australian education system, visa types, and school information Key Skills


• Preferred Qualifications: Experience studying or living in Australia (providing clear information based on a strong understanding of Australian culture and life)


• Experience in sales and marketing (ability to attract customers and close contracts)

Salary: Negotiable after interview (based on experience and competency)
