Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree (preferably majoring in Marketing, Communication, Management, or equivalent)
  • 5 years of experience in Refrigeration / Freezer / Cold Storage Industries
  • Able to speak English
  • Mastery of offline and/or digital marketing strategies
  • Communicative, persuasive, and confident
  • Good business negotiation skills
  • Business travel is acceptable
  • Develop new business clients

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
  • Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, offline, etc.) from concept to execution.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and lead the marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics, using data to optimize future campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure cost efficiency in all activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
