Main Duties

  • Lead and maintain smooth production: from pure gold metal raw materials to finished jewellery products.
  • Manage the production team, ensuring they work according to targets and quality standards.
  • Control the use of raw materials, machinery, and processes to ensure efficiency and minimise waste.
  • Collaborate with the design and product development teams to ensure that production results are in accordance with designs and standards.
  • Inspecting final product quality—ensuring excellent finishing with no defects.
  • Preparing routine production reports: quantity, quality, target achievement.
  • Ensure the factory is safe and complies with occupational safety and environmental procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy.
  • 6-10 years of experience in the metal/gold or jewellery manufacturing industry; experience leading a production team.
  • Understanding of gold/jewellery production processes: casting, stone setting, polishing, finishing.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous about quality and final results.
  • Be a good leader: able to direct, motivate the team, and collaborate across departments.
  • Able to read production data, create reports, and make decisions based on information.
  • Willing to work in the factory, including shifts or overtime.
  • Willing to ensure the production process is safe and in accordance with standards.
