Job Responsibilities:

  1. Check and verify daily transactions (payment vouchers, invoices, reimbursements, petty cash, and M-Banking).
  2. Monitor operational expenses and prepare daily & weekly cost summary reports.
  3. Follow up reimbursement requests and operational expenses with related departments.
  4. Prepare requests for petty cash top-up and budget allocations.
  5. Prepare monthly reports including petty cash, bank book, reimbursement agency, monthly site costs, and tax reports (VAT & Withholding Tax).
  6. Coordinate with Admin OPS, Finance Head Office, and other related parties to ensure financial data accuracy.
  7. Ensure all financial processes comply with company SOPs

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. At least 3 – 4  years of experience in Finance/Accounting (preferably in mining, construction, or project site industry).
  3. Expert in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, and advanced reporting formulas).
  4. Strong knowledge of petty cash, reimbursement, bank reconciliation, and taxation (VAT & Withholding Tax).
  5. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  6. Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  7. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  8. Good communication and coordination skills.
  9. Willing to be placed at Bunati site (South Kalimantan).
