Qualifications:

  • Pendidikan Minimal S1 semua jurusan (IPK minimal 3.00 dari 4.00)
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Sales Supervisor dibidang Kosmetik minimal 3 tahun
  • Mengenal dan paham market kosmetik di area yang ditugaskan
  • Menguasai selling technique dan teknik negosiasi
  • Mampu mengolah dan menganalisa data penjualan
  • Mempunyai leadership skill untuk mengontrol kinerja Beauty Advisor
  • Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, PowerPoint)
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, jujur dan integritas yang tinggi
  • Dapat bekerja sama dalam tim
