Job Description :

  • Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with businesses, vendors, and key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies, leveraging data and market insights to optimize business performance.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with potential partners, negotiate deals, and structure agreements that create mutual value.
  • Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure successful execution of partnership and growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics of partnerships and growth campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Test new channels, strategies, and business models to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements :

  • 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, growth marketing, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer behavior to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities with a long-term vision.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
