Dalam peran ini, Anda akan memainkan peran kunci dalam memastikan layanan perbaikan dan pemeliharaan kendaraan yang prima bagi pelanggan kami di Batam, Kepulauan Riau.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  1. Mengelola operasi layanan bengkel secara efektif, termasuk penjadwalan, pengendalian kualitas, dan manajemen inventaris.
  2. Memastikan layanan purna jual yang unggul dengan mengawasi tim teknisi dan mekanik serta memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
  3. Menganalisa data servis dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kinerja.
  4. Memantau anggaran dan biaya operasional, serta membuat laporan berkala.
  5. Mengembangkan dan menerapkan proses, prosedur, dan strategi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan profitabilitas.
  6. Membangun hubungan yang erat dengan pelanggan dan mitra bisnis untuk memaksimalkan penjualan dan layanan.

Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan

  1. Memiliki gelar dalam bidang Otomotif, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
  2. Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Service Manager atau posisi serupa di industri otomotif.
  3. Memahami dengan baik operasi bengkel, termasuk manajemen inventaris, penjadwalan, dan pengendalian kualitas.
  4. Kemampuan kepemimpinan yang kuat dan keterampilan komunikasi yang baik.
  5. Terampil dalam menganalisa data dan membuat keputusan berbasis data.
  6. Memiliki pengetahuan terkini tentang teknologi dan tren industri otomotif.
