Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Develop and Manage Brand Strategies
  • Create & implement online & offline shopper marketing tactics
  • Understand about brand development, new product launching, promotion aspects.
  • Manage user's experiences of the website (site navigation, content development and promotional campaigns), social media management, copywriting and content management and PR and corporate communication
  • Putting together estimates and budgets for marketing campaigns
  • Develop strategies to increase website traffic & customer acquisition, evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Manage the content strategy & development.
  • Collaborate with media, agencies and other vendor partners.

Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand manager
  • Preferably having experience in retail industry
  • Proficient in English (oral & written) should be required
  • Have experience working and managing a big scale of online & offline marketing programs
  • Skillful in brand strategies & analytics
  • Strong leadership to manage the marketing team
