BRAND SUPERVISOR/MANAGER

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree education
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in marketing, branding and relevant fields

  • Creative and can generate ideas for marketing campaigns
  • Have good communication skills both verbally and in writing

  • Understand Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Understand Brandwatch, Mention, or Hootsuite Insights

Specific Job Description :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Ensure the brand's profitability by managing budgets, pricing strategies, and cost control.
  • Monitor product performance and lifecycle, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Conduct and analyze market research to gather consumer insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen brand equity and enhance customer loyalty.

General Job Description :

  • Work closely with sales, NPD team, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for brand initiatives
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional programs and activities that drive product sales and market share.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and PR teams to produce compelling and consistent brand content
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, suppliers, and retailers.
