About the role

Bedrock Asia, a leading brand management consultancy, is seeking an exceptional Brand Consultant to join our dynamic team in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As a Brand Consultant, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand strategies and identities of our diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting in-depth market research to understand consumer trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices
  • Developing comprehensive brand strategy frameworks that align with our clients' business objectives
  • Crafting impactful brand identities, including logo design, typography, colour palettes, and brand guidelines
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and rollout brand campaigns and initiatives
  • Providing strategic advisory and consulting services to clients, guiding them through the brand transformation process
  • Continuously monitoring and evaluating brand performance, recommending refinements and optimisations
  • Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the brand management team
  • Lead brand strategy workshops, discovery sessions, and competitive analysis
  • Develop brand strategy reports, narrative frameworks, and executive-level pitch decks.
  • Deliver exceptional client servicing, building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively identify client needs and challenges, offering strategic and actionable solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end brand development projects — from positioning to execution.
  • Collaborate with design, research, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Provide strategic advisory on brand positioning, communication, and market growth.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Branding, or Marketing Consulting.
  • Proven expertise in Brand Strategy and Brand Development.
  • Exceptional presentation design and storytelling skills in Keynote or PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated client relationship management skills with the ability to anticipate and respond to needs effectively.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret market and consumer research.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and engage with high-level decision makers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • Experience in the Indonesian market is highly preferred.
