We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.Responsibilities:Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights.Helping shape and communicate our vision and mission.Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities - Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.Devise innovative growth strategies.Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics - Marketing Plan and execution for both Above the Line, Below the Line & Digital Marketing.Requirements:Minimum Bachelor degreeMin. 4-5 years of experience in brand management & marketing; with experience in Leading a team.Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.Fluent in English are mandatory.We have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaborative, Responsible, Eccentric, Agile, Tough, Effective, Detail).
