We're now looking for Business Solutions Specialist (System Implementor) for our Logistics Tech Company in FKS Group.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with a preference for computer - related majors
  • Have experience as Business Solutions min. 5 years or as Business Solutions Supervisor min. 2 years
  • Have experience in implementing WMS/TMS software and be familiar with the logistics and warehousing industry
  • Master SQL statements proficiently and be able to conduct database design and optimization
  • Those with PMP or PMI - ACP certification will be given priority
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Have good communication skills and team - work spirit
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Willing to travel for business trips outside the city

Job Descriptions:

  • Be responsible for the on - site implementation of software such as WMS and TMS.
  • Be responsible for project requirement research, analysis, design, and the compilation of Business Requirements Document (BRD).
  • Handle the product configuration, testing, and user training of the software.
  • Be in charge of the work communication and coordination between the customer and the project development team.
  • Strictly implement the project schedule plan, cooperate with the work arrangements of the project manager, and ensure the project goes live on schedule.
