Finance Business Partner Specialist

Placement in Alam Sutera, South Tangerang or Surabaya, East Java (Hybrid-WFH&WFO)

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic business plan for medium to long term planning such as GMV Projection, AOV, promotion cost, etc by providing financial modeling/projection
  • Work with Business Unit Heads to build their quarterly budgets and forecasts
  • Evaluate previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets base on cost analysis
  • Review operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives
  • Support the development and implementation of best financial practices

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance and related major
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Finance Business Partner or Financial Planning & Analysis is a must
  • Strong business acumen
  • Solid data management and excel spreadsheet skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making process
