Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tangerang for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist. The individual will manage and optimize affiliates program strategies, identify and recruit new affiliate partners, and monitor their performance. The role also includes creating and implementing promotional campaigns, analyzing key marketing metrics, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with internal teams to support overall marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Min of 2 years

  • Experience with Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing strategies in marketplaces.
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and overall Marketing techniques and tools
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and improve performance
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the organic/natural products or related industries is a plus
