  • Analyze Operating Expense (OPEX) for Head Office and Branch offices

  • Creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements for asset proposals

  • Summarizing Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) submitted by Head Office and Branch offices

  • Analyzing E-Profitability and Return on Investment (ROI) for external principal purposes

  • Conducting financial forecasting and preparing annual budgets

  • Monitor and identify the cause of any unexpected repoting variances

  • Support management team and the Heads of Department / Units with data-driven analysis as well as provide suggestions for future business prospects

  • Presenting data for national meetings and other divisions monthly

Requirement :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting, or Economics; with min IPK 3,00. Preferable from reputable university.
  2. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, proficiency in financial modelling and ERP systems, excellent communication and leadership abilities, good time management and strong business accumen.
  3. Detail oriented, proactive, able to work under pressure and committed to integrity and accuracy.
  4. Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangsel.
