Main Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning: Develop accurate and complete financial plans for variable COGS, AP, ROFO, and SP, ensuring reliable assumptions in budgets and forecasts.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare monthly and annual COGS reports, variance analysis, and governance materials.
  • Cost Management: Implement cost control tools and monitor operational metrics impacting COGS.
  • Business Cases & Modeling: Conduct financial assessments for investments and projects, supporting fact-based decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong cross-functional relationships and align on financial matters.
  • Operational Support: Facilitate audits, governance processes, and annual SAP product costing.
  • Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely reports and dashboards using PBI and Anaplan.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal controls and mitigate financial risks.

Candidate Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance/accounting with strong exposure to FP&A, cost accounting, and FMCG/manufacturing environments. Experience in multinational companies is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Experience in COGS/Variable Expenses.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools; ERP systems experience (SAP preferred).
  • Language: Fluent in English (oral & written).
