Job Description :

  1. Mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru di kanal e-commerce.

  2. Mencari, menjalin, dan mengelola kerja sama dengan partner, brand, vendor, atau marketplace.

  3. Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi pengembangan bisnis e-commerce untuk meningkatkan revenue dan market share.

  4. Membuat proposal bisnis, presentasi, dan laporan perkembangan kerja sama.

  5. Menganalisis tren pasar, kompetitor, dan performa penjualan di platform e-commerce.

  6. Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal (Marketing, Operasional, Finance, CS) untuk memastikan eksekusi berjalan optimal.

  7. Mengelola dan memonitor KPI e-commerce (GMV, revenue, growth, conversion, partnership).

  8. Mengusulkan dan menjalankan program promosi, campaign, atau partnership strategis.

  9. Menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan partner serta memastikan kepuasan dan keberlanjutan kerja sama.

  10. Menyusun forecast penjualan dan rencana pengembangan channel e-commerce.

  11. Melakukan evaluasi rutin terhadap kerja sama dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan.

  12. Mengikuti perkembangan tren industri digital dan e-commerce.

Kualifikasi :

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 (Manajemen, Bisnis, Marketing, Komunikasi, atau jurusan terkait).

  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun sebagai Business Development, Account Executive, atau posisi terkait di industri e-commerce / marketplace lebih di utamakan pengalaman di bidang distributor atau FMCG.

  3. Memahami ekosistem e-commerce (Marketplace, D2C, omnichannel, fulfillment, payment gateway).

  4. Berpengalaman dalam mencari dan mengelola partner/vendor/brand.

  5. Mampu melakukan analisis pasar, kompetitor, dan peluang bisnis.

  6. Terbiasa membuat proposal bisnis, presentasi, dan negosiasi kerja sama.

  7. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.

  8. Terbiasa bekerja dengan target

  9. Mampu mengolah data penjualan dan performa menggunakan Excel / Google Sheets (nilai tambah: CRM tools).

  10. Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan berpikir strategis.

  11. Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.

  12. Bersedia melakukan meeting dengan partner dan perjalanan dinas jika diperlukan.
