Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist based in Tangerang. As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing affiliate partnerships, implementing growth strategies, and monitoring online marketing campaigns to optimize performance. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with affiliates, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and exploring new affiliate opportunities to drive revenue. You will collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall brand objectives and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing strategies
  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing operations
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with knowledge of performance analytics tools
  • Capability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Prior experience in skincare or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
