Role Description

We are looking for a Collection Manager to lead both in-house and third-party collection efforts for BPKB–based lending. This role is responsible for building SOPs, managing field and tele-collection operations, overseeing external partners, ensuring debt recovery targets are met, and maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SOPs for collection processes (tele, field, and agency).
  • Lead and supervise in-house collectors, including performance tracking.
  • Manage and monitor third-party collection partners.
  • Oversee logistics and repossession operations if needed.
  • Approve or recommend restructuring, settlements, or recovery actions.
  • Track and report collection KPIs (DPD, PAR/NPL, recovery rate).
  • Ensure compliance with fiduciary and customer protection regulations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in collections/recovery; 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role in collections.
  • Experience in multifinance, fintech lending, leasing, or pawnshop.
  • Strong knowledge of BPKB-backed lending and field operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, reporting, and team management skills.
