Overview:

We are looking for a reliable Field Debt Collections Manager for recovery accounts who will be responsible for supervising, supporting, guiding, and coaching Field Collectors to meet the monthly; quarterly; and annual targets.

Responsibilities:

· Set up and manage a new department of field collections (recovery - debt management), including defining structure, processes, and team capabilities.

· Track and monitor field collectors' performance to ensure productivity is met on a daily basis.

· Coach/guide field collectors, do the on-going monitoring, and provide feedback based on their performance to ensure compliance with collection policies and procedures.

· Update Collection and Field Visit's Standard of Procedures (SOPs).

· Recommend accounts for field collectors and assignments for skip tracing activity.

· Input data into suitable software and arrange this to facilitate analysis.

Requirements:

· Diploma/bachelor's degree from any major.

· At least one year of experience supervising a field debt collection team.

· Completion of a formal, industry-specific training program.

· Good problem solving and analytical skills to support decision making of various stakeholders.

· Strong interpersonal and good communication skills.

· Good verbal and written communication skills in English (B1 level).
