About the Role

The role involves leading and overseeing end-to-end collection operations, developing strategies to optimize recovery rates, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end collection operations
  • Develop and execute collection strategies to optimize recovery rates and minimize risk
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze performance data to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, Product, and Finance teams to improve overall portfolio quality
  • Coach, mentor, and build a strong, motivated collection team

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Collection Management, preferably in Fintech, Financial Services, or BNPL
  • Proven experience in risk management, collection analytics, and process improvement
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on operational capability
