Desk Collection Agency Manager

Job Description :

  • Manage billing, increase billing rate and reduce losses
  • Help minimize fraud cases and analyze market changes
  • Establish manpower plans, implement collection management and coordinate with Credit Analyst, Customer Service, and IT departments.
  • Coordination with billing vendors
  • Develop KPI and desk collection division targets
  • Analyze billing data and reports, billing rate, delay rate, etc.
  • Setting KPIs and Analyzing agent and team performance
  • Participate in recruitment, Conduct interviews, training and assessment of collection department staff
  • Calculation of Incentives
  • Manage Team Incentives and Rewards
  • Make sure the whole team complies with company standards and policies
  • Other temporary work assigned by leaders

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in any field.
  • Required language(s): Fluent English ( Speaking, Writing, Typing & giving presentation ) & able to speak Mandarin is and advantage
  • Experience with Desk Collection department for more than 5 years in Financial Technology Company especially in P2P Fintech Lending.
  • Desk collection supervisory certificate holder from an official institution (AFPI)
  • Excellent leadership ( handle big team/agent )
  • Excellent communication, relationship, corporate attitude
  • Superb communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to fully work from office in Tangerang Selatan Area
