JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for Archipelago and its hotel brands.
  • Translate corporate objectives into brand-specific marketing plans that drive awareness, loyalty, and profitability.
  • Lead the corporate marketing team and provide strategic direction to the property-level marketing teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the hospitality sector.

2. Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Oversee the evolution and positioning of each brand within Archipelago's portfolio.
  • Collaborate with design and communications teams to maintain brand integrity in visuals, tone, and guest experience.

3. Hotel Support & Collaboration

  • Provide guidance and marketing support to hotel General Managers and property-level staff marketing managers.
  • Align property marketing activities with corporate brand strategy.
  • Evaluate marketing requests from properties to ensure strategic and brand alignment.

4. Budget & Performance Management

  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
  • Allocate resources efficiently across campaigns, markets, and digital initiatives.
  • Report on marketing performance and KPIs.

5. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative, creative, and data-driven culture.
  • Promote cross-functional teamwork with other divisions.
