Currently Adecco Indonesia is supporting one of our clients, who is in the process of becoming a holding company with 9 entities, in their search for a Head of Corporate Secretary (Location: Kuningan, South Jakarta – 1-year contract).

What will you do?

  • Lead the formulation and implementation of Corporate Secretary policies at the holding company level.
  • Oversee the implementation of corporate governance across the business group.
  • Direct the strategic legal function to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks within the group.
  • Drive corporate communication strategies and manage relationships with regulators, investors, and external stakeholders.
  • Supervise executive support services for the Board of Directors (Business PA and Personal PA functions).
  • Ensure consistency in the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) across all subsidiaries.
  • Present Corporate Secretary reports to the President Director and the Board of Commissioners.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and shareholders/regulators on governance and strategic communication matters.

What we're looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Communications, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in corporate secretary, legal, governance, or corporate communications with 3-5 years in managerial positions
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with regulators, the Board of Directors, and key stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Corporate Governance & Compliance, ensuring proper implementation of GCG policies, Board of Directors reporting, and compliance with OJK/IDX regulations (if applicable).
  • Strong capability in Corporate Legal Documentation and Corporate Administration.
