Job Description :

  • Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to our business operations (e.g. vendor agreements, partnerships, etc).
  • Provide legal advice and support to various departments including HR, growth, Brand, operations, and finance.
  • Ensure company compliance with local laws and regulations (especially related to food safety, consumer protection, employment law, etc.).
  • Liaise with external legal counsel and relevant government institutions when needed.
  • Monitor and interpret new regulations that may affect the company.
  • Help manage company licenses, permits, and other legal documentation.
