About the role

We are seeking a talented HR Legal Staff to join the HR team at PT Karunia Kuliner Indonesia (Restaurant Remboelan), a dynamic and innovative restaurant group based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing legal expertise and support across various HR-related areas, ensuring the company's compliance with employment laws and regulations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Advising on employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance
  2. Assisting with employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling
  3. Reviewing and drafting HR-related legal documents, such as employment agreements, NDAs, and termination letters
  4. Staying up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations, and advising the HR team accordingly
  5. Collaborating with the legal department to address complex HR-related legal issues
  6. Providing training and guidance to managers and HR personnel on legal compliance
  7. Conducting research and analysis to support the development of HR policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience in an HR legal or employment law advisory role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  3. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic legal solutions
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance
  6. Proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of legal compliance
  7. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
