Position: HRGA Legal Staff
Location: TB Simatupang, Jakarta Selatan
Work Setup : WFO
Responsibilities :
• Ensuring that all routine HRGA activities are carried out effectively and achieve the work targets set by Management.
• Ensuring that Manpower Requests are executed according to the Company's qualifications and needs, maintaining candidate databases, and monitoring employee contracts.
• Controlling the Compensation & Benefit process (payroll, BPJS, etc.) in accordance with the work targets of each staff member under supervision.
• Managed and maintained employee data and documentation, including payroll, administration, and employment records.
• Acted as the main point of contact for third parties such as vendors, clients, and government institutions, ensuring effective coordination and compliance.
• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining Company Regulations, agreements with other parties including addendums, MoUs, and other legal documents, as well as creating templates and correspondence.
• Renewing partnerships with vendors/external parties.
• Ensuring that work culture and employee attitudes comply with Company Regulations and applicable Company procedures.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Legal/Psychology/HR Studies (Legal Study is a plus)
• Ability to design and implement HRGA and Legal Work Programs, compensation & benefits systems, and budgeting plans.
• Experience and ability to handle all issues related to Industrial Relations.
• Experience and ability to handle all matters related to General Affairs (GA) comprehensively.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and a visionary approach.
