HR & General Affair Officer

Job description includes but is not limited to :
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and insurance/BPJS, and prepare accurate and timely monthly personnel reports.
- Manage and handle company licensing and legal documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office facilities and equipment, including office supplies, workstations, operational vehicles, and coordination of support staff (office boys, drivers, messengers, etc.).
- Carrying out all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions established by the leader in the future.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (any major);
- At least 2–3 years of experience in HRGA or a similar position;
- Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
- Good communication, fast learner and initiative;
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks;
- Detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Willing to join as soon as possible.
