General Affair Supervisor

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs with 1-2 years of experience as Leader / Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end GA operations, including procurement, asset management, building maintenance, and utilities.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to create, review, and analyze comprehensive GA reports.
- Experience managing building maintenance, renovation, and facility improvement projects is a strong advantage.
- Willing to be contacted outside office hours for urgent operational matters
Job Descriptions:
- Lead and supervise daily General Affairs operations to ensure efficient, timely, and compliant GA processes across the company.
- Develop, implement, and monitor GA strategies and SOPs in alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee and validate GA reports related to procurement, utilities, building maintenance, vehicle management, and facility operations.
- Supervise onsite execution of HRGA projects, including new office construction, employee mess/boarding, renovation works, and other facility-related initiatives.
- Coordinate and monitor vendor performance, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with HR & GA team members and provide guidance to junior GA staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and support HRGA events and employee engagement activities, ensuring proper logistics and operational readiness.
- Ensure safety, functionality, and readiness of all company facilities and assets.
