About the role

As a Legal Affairs (Litigation) professional at PT Sany Perkasa, you will be responsible for providing strategic, high-quality, and timely legal services to support the company's litigation and dispute resolution needs. This crucial role will have a direct impact on the company's legal team and the overall legal services provided to PT Sany Perkasa.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing a full range of legal services related to litigation and dispute resolution for the company
  2. Advising on regulatory, corporate, and commercial matters relevant to PT Sany Perkasa's litigation strategies and initiatives
  3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal instruments and agreements required for the resolution of disputes
  4. Supporting the company's responses to legal claims and other litigation-related opportunities
  5. Ensuring PT Sany Perkasa operates in accordance with legislative requirements, regulations, and internal policies
  6. Leading, mentoring, and supporting the legal counsel team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. 2+ years of post-qualification experience in a large commercial law firm or the in-house legal team of a complex organisation
  2. Substantial experience in a wide range of commercial legal practice areas, including litigation, dispute resolution, commercial contracting, and regulatory compliance
  3. Proven ability to provide pragmatic, high-quality, and commercially-focused legal services to both operational staff and senior stakeholders
  4. The demonstrated capacity to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team environment, with the potential to supervise and coach junior legal counsel
