Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Law from top university
  • Minimum 2-3 year of experience in corporate legal or legal experience with B2B environment
  • Proven experience in preparing, reviewing, and managing corporate legal documents and agreements.
  • Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), with a minimum TOEFL 500 / IELTS 6.0 or equivalent certification will be a plus point
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Experienced in coordinating a small legal team and ensuring timely and accurate completion of legal tasks.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Job Desricption :

  • Coordinate and monitor all corporate legal activities related to company establishment, amendment, and business licensing.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze various legal documents and agreements, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain corporate legal documents, including company deeds, permits, licenses, and board resolutions.
  • Provide legal support and advice to internal departments on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
  • Liaise with notaries, government institutions, and external legal partners to ensure timely completion of legal processes.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of legal staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in document preparation and reporting.
  • Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, assess their impact on the company, and communicate updates to management.
  • Support internal audits and compliance activities related to legal and corporate documentation.
  • Assist in handling corporate actions, mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic legal projects when required.
  • Maintain a legal database and filing system to ensure all documents are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
