Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation

  • Conduct interviews, observations, and workshops with internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Doctors, HR, Finance) to capture needs and pain points.
  • Translate business problems into clear, detailed BRD (Business Requirement Document), user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain requirement traceability matrices (RTM) to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Solution Validation & System Analysis

  • Collaborate with Solution Architect and Development teams to design system workflows, user interfaces, integrations, and data models.
  • Validate technical solutions against business requirements through prototyping, diagramming (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts), and UAT preparation.

3. Project Coordination & Communication

  • Facilitate coordination between business users, QA, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure project success.
  • Support sprint planning, product backlog refinement, and prioritization based on business value and risks.

4. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support

  • Develop UAT plans and test scenarios together with users.
  • Organize UAT sessions, collect feedback, and confirm issue resolutions before go-live.

5. Change Management & Training Delivery

  • Assist with deployment preparation including SOP updates, user manuals, and training sessions.
  • Support adoption of new systems across multiple FDC branches.

6. Continuous Improvement & Reporting

  • Analyze system performance and feedback after rollout.
  • Recommend process enhancements and optimization opportunities.
