Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the testing effort and take ownership of the documentation of all QA process and results
  • Liaises with clients to understand the business issues, processes and organization requirements.
  • Assists to prepare and review the business processes, requirement and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions to prepare appropriate test cases
  • Reports, tracks and monitor any issues raised by clients and ensure the issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Communicates closely with client and manage the client expectations and deliverables.
  • Works closely with the technical team and project manager to ensure successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule.

  • Able to communicate well with both customers and internal team
  • Objective oriented and have sense of ownership for each project
  • Treat this as your own business and contribute ideas and improvements that bring values to the customers

Job Requirements:

  • Should possess a Degree in IT or relevant fields
  • At least 3 years' experience in related field
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Must have initiative and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Experience in QA testing will be an added advantage
  • Must have good written or oral communication skills
