Job Description

  • Conduct research on the latest technology trends and solutions available in the market to support innovation in improving internal processes and improving customer service.
  • Build collaboration with other divisions/departments to identify user problems and needs to produce appropriate IT solutions.
  • Identifying IT solutions that align with business and user needs, prioritizing them, and creating a roadmap for IT solutions to be developed based on the urgency and benefits of the IT solutions.
  • Translating IT solution needs into business requirements documents that are easily understood by readers with or without technical background.
  • Assisting in the planning and monitoring of IT solution development projects, in line with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology either with waterfall or agile methods, to ensure projects can run according to plan and can produce IT solutions with good quality.
  • Ensuring the completeness of project and system documentation and managing all documentation to ensure the quality of IT solution development.
  • Evaluating implemented IT solutions to identify necessary developments to keep IT solutions relevant to user needs and technological advancements.
  • Creating reports to management both on a project scale and routine reporting as part of good IT Governance.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Information Systems / Accounting Information Systems
  • Minimum
    4 years of experience
    in a related field
  • Having understanding of
    Software Development Lifecycle (Waterfall and Agile), Project Management, Cloud Technology, Web & Mobile Technology
  • Ability to build relationships with business users
  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of initiative Experience related to IoT, especially Smart City, is a plus
  • Good documentation skills
  • Honest, meticulous, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
  • Proficient in English (both active and passive).
