Role Description

We are seeking an experienced
Information Technology Business Analyst
to support digital and operational transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and identifying technology solutions that align with organizational objectives. The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between business teams and IT to ensure efficient solution delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
  • Experience in designing and implementing at least 5 applications / system projects, end-to-end is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in the banking industry is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in assessing and improving business processes.
  • Proficient in business analysis activities, including requirement gathering, documentation, and solution recommendation.
  • Solid understanding of information technology concepts and system development methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills..
  • Willing to work on a contract / project-based arrangement (placement in a banking client).
