looking to onboard an
IT Business Analyst
to bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring systems are designed, implemented, and optimized to support operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Assess and translate business processes into system specifications for platforms such as
    core banking systems
    ,
    loan origination systems (LOS)
    , and
    loan management systems (LMS)
    .
  • Lead requirement workshops, gap analyses, and feasibility studies to define system enhancements or new implementations.
  • Partner with technical teams and vendors to design and validate solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Support end-to-end project delivery including testing (UAT), change management, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed documentation including process flows, requirement specifications, and functional design documents.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal governance standards throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
    as a Business Analyst within
    banking, fintech, or financial services
    .
  • Proven experience in
    core banking systems
    ,
    loan origination
    , and/or
    loan management system
    implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of
    credit processes
    ,
    customer onboarding
    , and
    loan lifecycle management
    .
  • Experience working with vendors or technology partners on financial systems integration projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities in English (both written and verbal).
