Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through various methods such as workshops and interviews
  • Work with IT teams to design feasible solutions, evaluate software options, and validate solutions with stakeholders to ensure they meet business needs
  • Assist in project planning, risk management, and documentation to align project objectives with business goals
  • Analyze and recommend improvements for existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Act as a liaison to ensure clear communication and understanding between business units, IT teams, and external vendors
  • Support Testing by providing Traceability Matrix, participation in Defect Triage to ensure solution quality
  • Create user manuals and training materials and conduct training sessions to support the adoption of new systems or processes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and share insights to foster continuous improvement and learning within the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst, with a significant portion in the Insurance industry
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML)
  • Familiarity with insurance software systems and technologies
  • Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with technical teams, stakeholders and external parties
  • Good communication in English
