Job Description

  • Managing company funds and overseeing budget forecasts
  • Preparation and presentation of monthly and annual financial reports, including audits
  • Perform FP&A, costing and pricing, including transfer pricing and foreign exchange impact analysis
  • Developing strategies based on financial research
  • Guiding senior executives in making sound business decisions, and business partnering with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing and HR
  • Tracking the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
  • Seeking out methods and practices to minimise financial risk to the company, including establishing cost-saving initiatives

Requirement

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; certifications such as CFA, CA and Tax Brevet are a plus
  • Prior experience within a multinational FMCG/manufacturing company
  • Transfer pricing and foreign exchange knowledge
  • Strong analytical and leadership abilities
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP; prior involvement in system migration and implementation are a plus
  • Strong ethics and communication skills, with a customer-oriented and proactive attitude
