Finance & Funding Manager (Mandarin/English Speaker) 财务融资经理
Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
- Responsible for establishing and implementing systems for financial accounting, tax compliance, fund management, and document archiving within the company; 负责公司财务核算、税务合规、资金管理、档案归集制度的建立与贯彻
- Handle financial inquiries from banks, traders, and other financing institutions, ensuring consistency and accuracy of financial and financing information; 负责银行、贸易商等融资机构财务问题回复,确保财融信息一致
- Provide guidance and supervision to the Finance Department staff at the Jakarta office in their daily work; 负责指导财务管理部雅加达办公室员工的日常工作
- Oversee daily financial accounting and management, including the preparation of financial statements; 负责日常财务核算与管理,财务报表编制
- Responsible for the company's tax planning and management; 负责公司税务筹划与管理
- Assist the company in exploring external business and financing opportunities. 协助公司拓展外部商业和融资机会
Job Requirements 职位要求:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; 本科及以上学历,财务、会计、融资类专业
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager 至少 5 年财务经理经验
- Fluency in Active Mandarin or Active English; 中文或英文读写口语流利
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with financial software is an advantage; 熟练操作Microsoft Office,有财务软件使用经验者优先
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and the ability to work under pressure. 责任心,团队协作精神,具备一定的承压能力
