Location: South Jakarta

PT Putra Mulia Telecommunication is a fast-growing company in the telecommunications industry, providing end-to-end solutions for network infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our financial operations and contribute to our strategic business decisions as a Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

. Lead and manage all financial activities of the company

. Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

. Manage cash flow, financial planning, and forecasting

. Oversee budgeting processes and monitor budget performance

. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements

. Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions

. Supervise internal and external audit processes

. Improve financial systems, procedures, and operational efficiency

. Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior management

. Lead and develop the finance team to achieve high performance and accuracy.

Requirements :

. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role

. Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

. Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations

. Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Odoo/Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel

. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail

. High integrity, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

. Experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage
