About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company's financial operations across our branches. This role is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and maintaining financial health for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance team in both daily and monthly financial operations.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, etc.).
  • Manage tax reporting, compliance, and coordination with external auditors.
  • Review and improve financial SOPs, internal controls, and risk management.
  • Support top management with financial insights and business recommendations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments (HR, Operations, Sales, etc.) for financial alignment.
  • Oversee AP/AR, payroll approval, and expense management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA is a plus).
  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Experienced in budgeting, financial modeling, and cash flow management.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high integrity.
  • Strong leadership abilities and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in Jakarta.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in the education, service, or tech industry.
  • Familiarity with audit processes and ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multi-branch finance operations.
