Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial roles, preferably in treasury or cash management
  • Proven experience in interacting with banks, especially in forex transactions and banking services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced-level Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team and collaborating across departments and functions
  • High attention to detail, strong integrity, and excellent communication skills
  • Candidates with experience in multifinance or fintech industries are strongly preferred
  • Proactive personality with a strong drive for continuous improvement in processes and systems

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finance Manager in managing and controlling the company's daily cash flow
  • Liaise with partner banks regarding day-to-day transactions, banking administration, and foreign exchange (forex) dealings
  • Prepare and reconcile daily cash flow reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of fund movements
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to gather payment requirements and ensure efficient cash utilization
  • Collaborate effectively across departments and functions to support financial operations and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Analyze financial and operational data to support managerial decision-making
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance financial efficiency and control
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of finance procedures, workflows, and treasury systems
  • Supervise daily treasury operations and ensure compliance with internal controls and best practices
