Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager of Marketing and Operations, located in Surabaya. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and the marketing strategies of the clinic. This role includes planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, managing sales activities, and leading projects to improve operational efficiencies. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to develop and implement strategies that enhance the clinic's growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Marketing: Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Sales: Ability to drive sales initiatives and meet targets
  • Project Management skills: Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion
  • Relevant experience in the healthcare or beauty industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate and guide teams
