Position: Business Development Manager

Tanggung Jawab Utama

● Mengembangkan pasar ekspor, B2B domestik, dan retail dengan pendekatan strategis.

● Mengelola relasi dengan hotel group, interior firm, arsitek, distributor, dan klien premium.

● Menjalankan proses BD end-to-end: prospecting → pitching → proposal → negosiasi → closing.

● Membuat strategi marketing & sales yang berdampak, berdasarkan data dan kebutuhan pasar.

● Mengidentifikasi peluang partnership, kolaborasi proyek, dan saluran penjualan baru.

● Menyusun pipeline bulanan/tahunan serta memastikan pencapaiannya.

● Berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi & desain agar kebutuhan klien terpenuhi dengan baik.

● Memberikan feedback ke manajemen terkait tren pasar, kebutuhan buyer, dan pengembangan produk.

Requirements:

  • Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di BD / Sales / Marketing (lebih disukai di furnitur, interior, arsitektur, atau hospitality supply).

  • Memiliki jaringan atau pengalaman menangani klien hotel, interior designer, arsitek, atau developer.

  • Komunikatif dan percaya diri dalam pitching, presentasi, negosiasi, dan follow-up.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan KPI dan target penjualan.
  • Memahami proses ekspor menjadi nilai tambah penting.
  • Proaktif, mampu bekerja mandiri dan kolaboratif.
  • Attitude yang kuat: ownership, komunikasi jelas, dan orientasi solusi.
