Ruang Lingkup Tanggung Jawab :
- Pengembangan Strategi: Merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran yang komprehensif, selaras dengan tujuan bisnis perusahaan (termasuk strategi digital, konten, SEO/SEM, media sosial, email marketing, dan branding).
- Manajemen Kampanye: Merencanakan, meluncurkan, dan mengelola kampanye pemasaran dari awal hingga akhir, termasuk penetapan anggaran, penjadwalan, eksekusi, dan pelaporan.
- Analisis Kinerja: Melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap kinerja kampanye, mengidentifikasi tren, dan memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat ditindaklanjuti untuk optimasi berkelanjutan.
- Riset Pasar: Melakukan riset pasar dan analisis kompetitor untuk mengidentifikasi peluang baru dan memahami kebutuhan pelanggan.
- Manajemen Anggaran: Mengelola anggaran pemasaran secara efektif, memastikan pengeluaran yang efisien dan ROI yang maksimal.
- Kolaborasi Lintas Fungsi: Berkolaborasi erat dengan tim penjualan, produk, dan desain untuk memastikan konsistensi pesan merek dan mencapai tujuan bersama.
- Inovasi: Mengidentifikasi dan mengimplementasikan alat, teknologi, dan tren pemasaran terbaru untuk menjaga perusahaan tetap kompetitif.
- Pelaporan: Menyusun dan mempresentasikan laporan kinerja pemasaran secara teratur kepada manajemen.
