We're looking for a
Marketing Lead
who can bridge strategy and execution a builder who thrives on creating systems, leading campaigns end-to-end, and translating ideas into measurable brand growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can design marketing frameworks, write and review content, build brand partnerships and community relationships, and continuously improve how the brand communicates and grows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Communications Direction

  • Shape and maintain the company's brand identity, tone, and visual direction across all business units.
  • Build and document communication systems and guidelines ensuring consistent messaging in all marketing, proposal, and client touchpoints.
  • Write and refine marketing copy, pitch decks, catalogs, and sales materials that clearly express brand value.
  • Lead storytelling initiatives and ensure alignment between the marketing, sales, and design teams.
  • Strengthen internal and external communication standards, ensuring brand language consistency across teams and partners.

2. Marketing Strategy, Systems & Execution

  • Design and execute monthly digital and offline marketing campaigns aligned with growth objectives.
  • Build and manage repeatable marketing systems (content calendars, ad workflows, reporting dashboards).
  • Run and optimize Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, analyzing ROI and continuously improving performance.
  • Coordinate creative production from concept to execution with internal designers or external agencies.
  • Ensure every marketing touchpoint (social, WhatsApp, website, events) drives awareness, engagement, and conversion.

3. Relationship Building & Community Engagement

  • Build and nurture relationships with key partners — including communities, corporate groups, associations, and influencers — to grow the brand's ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute collaboration programs, sponsorships, and co-marketing initiatives that increase visibility and strengthen credibility.
  • Represent the brand in events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand its reach.
  • Create communication strategies that foster long-term relationships and community loyalty.

4. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement

  • Build a reporting system for campaign performance, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
  • Track weekly and monthly KPIs to measure brand growth and marketing impact.
  • Gather insights from analytics and feedback to refine communication and marketing strategies.
  • Present data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvement and innovation.

Profile & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or communications (preferably in B2B, F&B, or lifestyle industries).
  • Proven ability to both strategize and execute — from building frameworks to managing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of community building, partnership marketing, and brand activation.
  • Skilled in marketing automation tools, analytics, and ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English).
  • Confident, structured, and independent — able to lead projects end-to-end with ownership and clarity.
  • Hands-on, creative, and commercially minded — comfortable switching between planning, execution, and collaboration.
