Marketing Lead
This is a leadership role for a Data-Driven Marketing Strategist who will lead, mentor, and organize a full-stack marketing team (Performance, Content, Social, Design) to drive growth across multiple brands. The primary focus is on structured project management—ensuring all brand assets are compliant and documented—while executing key strategies, including major events and a robust UGC/creator program, to meet clear ROI and lead generation targets in close partnership with Business Development.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
* Lead the marketing team: Manage, mentor, and guide sub-teams (Content, Design, Performance, Social Media) to ensure high-quality work and brand consistency.
* Drive performance and results: Set goals (KPIs), track how well campaigns are doing, analyze data, and use insights to continuously improve marketing efforts and find new growth opportunities.
* Generate leads: Plan and execute marketing strategies (events, organic, paid ads) that achieve lead generation targets.
* Execute key initiatives: Successfully plan and run major events with our 3rd parties and implement a strong User Generated Content (UGC) strategy, including launching a TikTok creator program.
* Documentation : Ensuring 100% completion and adherence to all brand handover documentation and 360-degree marketing asset guidelines across multiple brands.
What You
Are (Qualifications)
* At least 2-3 years experience as Marketing Lead, Marketing Strategist, or Product Marketing
* You are organized, great at managing projects, and excellent at creating and maintaining clear documentation.
* You can effectively lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse marketing team.
* You rely on data and KPIs to make decisions, track ROI, and identify opportunities for improvement.
* You excel at working with other teams to align marketing with overall business goals.
* You have a track record of planning and delivering successful marketing campaigns and events that meet specific goals.
* You understand how to use User Generated Content and can develop scalable ways to collaborate with creators.
* Nice to have if you have SaaS/agency working experience.
