About the Role

This role will lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution—from go-to-market planning to full-funnel campaign delivery—to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and bookings across priority destinations for our Attractions business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key destinations and product lines.
  • Drive customer acquisition across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Optimise funnels, CRM, messaging, and SEO/AIO content to increase conversions and organic discovery.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage creator-driven initiative and build affiliate/micro-partner networks.
  • Monitor traveller behaviour, market trends, and competitors to inform strategy and campaign themes.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics and manage marketing budgets, pacing, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience—ideally in travel, lifestyle, tourism, or fast-paced tech/startup environments.
  • Proven track record in demand generation across multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and ROI-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a lean, fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent multitasking, communication, and attention to detail.
